• Create scrapbook for our first year and plan to gift it to the library

• Take photos and coordinate with publicity chair

Publicity

• Submit meeting and event information to local media and neighborhood organizations.

• Help Membership to distribute flyers

Membership

• Have two membership events which will appeal to a diverse base of members

• Work with Publicity/Communications Chair to distribute membership flyers

• Work with Treasurer to establish dues structure and timeline

Grant writing

• Work alone or as a team to seek out appropriate grants for our library and assist librarians in submissions. We have lots of resources for finding grants.

Book sale

• Set up schedule and logistics for impending book sales

• Be able to coordinate with your committee and report monthly on progress
